The product must be returned in the original condition it was received without any markings, etc. and must be in its original packaging.

Insight Media Centre Ltd. will honour each manufacturers' standard warranty against product defects (this does not cover wear and tear, misuse, neglect and/or faulty installation by the purchaser or any contractor). All switches and augmentative communicators have a limited manufacturer's warranty of 1 year, and switch-adapted toys are covered for up to 60 days.
