How do I order products?

Create an online account and browse our online store. Insight Media Centre Ltd. offers a secure site to accept your Visa or Mastercard purchase(s). Please note: Insight Media Centre Ltd. sells products within Canada only.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

That depends on availability of the product from the manufacturer, but typically products are received within 2 - 4 weeks after ordering.

How do you ship your products?

By Canpar or Expedited Canada Post, whichever costs less.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Insight Media Centre Ltd. offers a 21-day money-back guarantee. However, Pneumatic and Sip & Puff switches, or any other product that would be considered unsanitary once opened, cannot be returned/refunded. Please note: to receive a full refund/credit the purchaser must return the product at his/her own expense to Insight Media Centre Ltd. The product must be returned in the original condition it was received, without any markings, etc. and must be in its original packaging.

Insight Media Centre Ltd. will honour each manufacturers’ standard warranty against product defects (this does not cover wear and tear, misuse, neglect and/or faulty installation by the purchaser or any contractor). All switches and augmentative communicators have a limited manufacturer’s warranty of 1 year, and switch-adapted toys are covered for up to 60 days only.

Please note: A 20% restocking fee will be applied if items are returned after the 21 days.

How do I return a product for repair?

To return a product for repair you need to get a Return Authorization (RA) number from Insight Media Centre Ltd. Please call, email or fax us for further instructions. Insight Media Centre Ltd. will not accept returns without an RA number.

Please note: All products returned for repair must be shipped prepaid.

Do you have products for Evaluation/Preview?

Many of Insight Media Centre's products are available for a 30 day Evaluation/Preview. Some of the software we distribute is available on demo CD's or as a timed demo format. For more information please contact Insight Media Centre Ltd.

Can I visit your office to view various products?

Insight Media Centre Ltd. is located in Surrey, BC. We intentionally do not stock a lot of products in order to keep costs down. If you're interested in viewing a particular product, it is best if you call to make an appointment with us to ensure product availability and/or arrange an appointment with our trainer to meet with you at your location.

Do you offer training for products?

Insight Media Centre Ltd. offers professional workshops for many of the products we sell - and we'll come to your location. Please call us for more information.
