However, Pneumatic and Sip & Puff switches, or any other product that would be considered unsanitary once opened, cannot be returned/refunded. Please note: to receive a full refund/credit the purchaser must return the product at his/her own expense to Insight Media Centre Ltd. The product must be returned in the original condition it was received without any markings, etc. and must be in its original packaging.
Insight Media Centre Ltd. will honour each manufacturers' standard warranty against product defects (this does not cover wear and tear, misuse, neglect and/or faulty installation by the purchaser or any contractor). All switches and augmentative communicators have a limited manufacturer's warranty of 1 year, and switch-adapted toys are covered for up to 60 days.
